Não usa banco de dados e conta com a segurança do servidor para limitar o acesso à área de administração.

O projeto usa a licença de código aberto francesa cecill que é baseada na GPL. Talvez o maior interesse dele é a capacidade nativa de produzir sites bilingues.

Vc pode/deve tentar usar os cms instalados no opensourcecms.com. Lá tem muito mais opções do que aqui. :)
